After being dissatisfied with every major brand of lip balm I tried, I locked myself in my lab and determined to make the best lip balm on the market for dry, cracked lips.  Batches were made, tested on my friends, and then thrown away until I got what we are selling here now - an all-natural lip balm base that feels oh-so-good!  Give it a try, I'm pretty sure you will never use another brand again! Black Fern is John Brown's fantastic take on a floral fougere.   This is an all-natural scent originally made popular by the Los Angeles Shaving Soap Co in their vegan shave products.  Now made available in our tallow formulation. The scent (made only with natural plant essential oils and extracts) has notes of floral lavender and geranium rounded out with patchouli and labdanum, with hints of clove and eucalyptus and orange and peppermint, which results in a very pleasant fresh scent!
